We have enjoyed a few Home and Home series since Christmas, including with Pugwash (NCCC), Moncton (MCA), and River Hebert. However the series with Brookfield will have to wait for next year, as we were notified that so many Seniors are on vacation that our dates of Friday Mar 22nd and Tuesday March 26th could not work. That in turn enabled us to send 2 teams to an annual Invitational in Truro, 22 Mar. This event includes 3 4-End games per team. with draws starting at 9 AM and

10 AM. Booked for 9 AM are Brian Faught, John Greer, Greg Williams and Paul Harrison. The added 10 AM team is Brian Trenholm, Steve Cameron, Al Baldock, and Kim Matheson. In the meantime we will play the back half of our Home and Home with River Hebert on Monday the 18th, and hold a Seniors Hot Shots competition on Wednesday the 20th at ACC. On Monday March 25th our closing lunch will see 30 plus at a meal catered by Marjorie Brown with happy hour 11:30 to noon, lunch to follow (no curling that morning). Prizes will be awarded for Rounds 3 thru 7.
